We provide a candid assessment of market conditions and vacancy suitability. We have detailed conversations with our employers before talking to you about a role. We want to understand exactly what they are looking for in a candidate in terms of experience level, technical ability and personal qualities.
We provide advice and, if desired, face to face preparation for candidate interview situations. The ARC team have all been involved in actuarial recruitment in the field and are all experienced interviewers.
